Switch the handset ON without SIM Card - screen will display Insert Card.

Enter: *#83*737# (press and hold # for 1 sec) - this will give access to the personalization menu.

Select Disable Personalization.

Enter Unlock Code we sent to you and press the ok button.

Handset should now be unlocked.
