Power on phone with an Accepted SIM card.

Enter the following: *#865625#

A SIM Unlock Menu will appear, press OK

Enter Unlock Code (8 digit code) and press "*" key.

Re-enter Unlock Code (8 digit code) and press "*" key.

Your phone will display Unlock Process Complete. Press OK.

The phone is now unlocked.
